Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of clients.

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.

Faith-based life coaching integrates spiritual principles with practical tools to support personal and professional growth, drawing inspiration from Biblical teachings.

 Our programs are designed for Black women seeking growth and support through faith 

 Absolutely. All sessions and client information are treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. 

 Life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals for the future, while counseling often addresses emotional healing and past experiences. 

Coaching programs vary, but most engagements range from three to twelve months, depending on your goals. Sessions are typically held for 40 minutes to an hour.

We cover personal development, career advancement, wellness, relationships, spiritual growth, and leadership, among other areas.

 No, we support women from all church backgrounds and those who may not currently attend church. The willingness to expand your thought process is what is required as we stick to our curriculum and will not deviate from it.  

Our programs are generally open to women 18 and older unless otherwise specified.

 Currently no. Our focus is within the United States, Akron, OH  at this time. 

Currently Lazarus Come Forth Missions is completely free to Black Women. You will not be charged for sessions but are free to donate. Upon completing the program successfully with proof of achieving set goals scholarships will be offered. The amounts will vary. This will be discussed further in the coaching agreement and throughout sessions.

Incentives and scholarships are awarded based on need and commitment to the program, as indicated in your coaching agreement. 

 We offer free workshops to clients, webinars, and community gatherings throughout the year. Once you become a client you will be informed of those events. If you are a donor or thinking about being a donor or a client, you can subscribe  to find out in advance about programs and events. Donors, possible donors, organizations and non-clients will be asked to donate to participate or sit in on workshops, webinars and community gatherings. Everyone, including clients, must register for the above-mentioned events. 

 We are committed to inclusivity by valuing diversity of background, experience, and expression. Our programs are continually reviewed for cultural relevance and accessibility.  

 Yes, our programs are designed to speak directly to the challenges and aspirations of Black women through a culturally attuned lens. 

We use prayer, scripture,  spiritual reflection and application as part of the coaching process. 

As we expand, we will host workshops, retreats, book clubs, worship nights, and speaker series. 

Absolutely. We welcome suggestions and value community input in shaping our events. You should submit suggestions on our contact us form.

Yes, once clients book, we provide books, study guides, recommended readings, and online materials for personal growth. We also have modules that will allow for personal study, homework, quizzes and certificates of completion.

We welcome your feedback through surveys and direct messages, after each session your coach will ask for honest feedback about the complete session. We also have a place on our site for testimonials. 

Your coach will help you set measurable goals and check in regularly to celebrate milestones and adjust your plan as needed. Incentives will also be provided. 

During the phone intake process your coach will get information from you and go over how the program works. There will be a question/answer time allotted. The first four sessions will be dedicated to building a client coach rapport. This is the time when you and your coach will get to know each other and build trust between you. Your coach will also learn your goals, and outline the process, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported.

Yes, we will offer alumni gatherings and networking opportunities for continued connection and growth. Keep in mind this is a pilot program once our client numbers grow, we will incorporate the Alumni Program.
